1. *** Shipping & Delivery ***

1.1@ Standard shipping terms are FOB Shipping Point, freight prepaid and added. Customers are responsible for payment of any duties or excise taxes and any sales or value added taxes relating to the shipment.

1.2@ Most items listed on the Melia Jeweller will be shipped within 1 week after receiving payments. We will notify you as quickly as we can after receipt of payments with an expected ship date.

1.3@ Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following week pending payment authorization.

1.4@ The shipping prices you see are only in EMS (International Express Mail), and including handling. Well packed. Please contact me or mention in the note if you would like other way of delivery.

1.5@ I will let you know when your package is shipped and the tracking number with the URL. If the item is not available, I will REFUND you the whole payment.

Combined shipping can be reasonable, but some might get very expensive! This is because of the system of eCrater. Each item's shipping price shows on the website includes the shipping box weight; therefore, the weight of each shipping box is added to the total weight. (The shipping price is determined by the total weight.)

3. *** Cancellation ***

3.1@ I'm sorry, but I do NOT ACCEPT any cancellations after you have made the payment for your order. There will be NO REFUND.

3.2@ Please make sure if you had ordered the right items before sending me the payment. Thank you!

After the payment, your order is in process or your items are collected from other stores. Therefore, no cancellations accepted.

4. *** Damaged Items ***

4.1@ Only insured package are able to claim for insurance. I'm sorry, but it is the term of shipping. I can give you some discount, but you need to purchase it......

4.2@ Please contact your local post office as soon as possible.

4.3@ The local post officer will check your item and check the way it was packed. Please keep everything with you. You need to submit your item(s) and a form at your local post office.

4.4@ It maybe takes several months to examine your claim.

4.5@ If they approved your claim, the paper work will arrive to my local post office for me to sign it.

4.6@ Then finally, I will get your money back. I will either refund your payment or ship the same item(s).
